Pro Bono Services

As part of our commitment to community service, Jackson Tidus is privileged to provide professional skills and resources to benefit those in need.  For years, Jackson Tidus has utilized the expertise of our wide-ranging legal services to assist individuals and nonprofit organizations on a pro bono basis in connection with various matters including real estate acquisition and development, leasing, corporate organization and governance, and tax advice and planning.  Our attorneys have been recognized for their outstanding pro bono and volunteer service including Scott Jackson and Ron DeFelice (for their work with Habitat for Humanity), and Sonia Lister (for her work with HomeAid Orange County).

Environmental Sustainability

At Jackson Tidus we are committed to greener business practices.  As a partner in the ABA-EPA’s Law Office Climate Challenge, Jackson Tidus is committed to the goal of reducing paper consumption and waste by adopting best practices for recycling, purchase of paper with recycled content, and double-sided copying and printing.  Jackson Tidus is also participating in the State Bar of California’s voluntary model law office sustainability program by implementing and maintaining various environmental-friendly practices.  Jackson Tidus is proud to honor our commitment to the State Bar of California EcoPledge.
